I have multiple office locations. How do I list multiple addresses?

You can add up to 10 Additional Business Address locations where the diplomate practices. Simply login to the Diplomate Only area in Certemy, access the Profile Fields page in your avatar area, then scroll where you can add the clinic or business name, address, city, state, ZIP, and phone and fax numbers.

There is only one website URL listing per diplomate.

What if I do NOT wish to be listed in the public Find A Physician online lookup feature?

If you wish to not be listed in the public "Find A Physician" lookup, select "No" to the Show on Website field your profile. NOTE: this can take up to 30 days to cycle into the system.

Is my email address displayed in the public Find a Physician online lookup feature?

No, email is not listed. Only your office name(s), address(es), phone(s) and fax(es) are listed, along with the certification year, languages spoken, website, and whether you are accepting new patients.

How do I add credentials (e.g. RVT, RPhS) to my name?

There is Designations field in the Profile Fields area. Simply update that. NOTE: this can take up to 30 days to cycle into the system.
