My log tends to have only one or two procedure categories, not all of them. Is this okay?
As long as your cases meet the CASE MIX criteria as defined in the eligibility requirements, you can have any combination of Category S1-S4 and/or D1-D3. However, you must have at least two superficial categories represented or all "deep" cases (per the CASE MIX info).
